Rusty came to stay again

My brother and his family have gone to Japan for holiday. Rusty is staying with me from 14 to 25 December.

at my house from 3 to 7 June as my brother and his family were in Phuket for holiday. Rusty is Juana's pet.

Sands Casino

My first visit to Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resorts on 4 May 2011. My friend Mok Koon Heng brought me there. We lost some money. I rarely have luck in gambling.

Cook according to the instructions given. However, you can shorten the time a little in each part.

Fish Curry

I bought this New Moon Fish Curry Paste at FAIRPRICE during a promotion.


I used fish head.


This is the vegetable.


Follow the instructions on the box. Add less water if you want the curry to be thicker and cook longer if you want the vegetable to be softer. You can also steam the fish separately and then pour the curry on it.

Finally ..... My verdict - Very Good
